Am I too old for this?
Nope! The Gay Girl VIP Club has members from a wide range of ages, from 19 to 75! There are hundreds of women inside covering every age bracket. We welcome sapphics of all ages above 18.
Is TGGVC for making friends or dating?
Both. The Gay Girl VIP Club (TGGVC) was designed to create a safe space exclusively for sapphics to connect and feel seen, heard and understood. Whether that leads to you finding your new BFF or landing a date is really up to you! Some members are just looking for friendship, others are open to more. If you hit it off with someone (whether that's platonically or romantically) there's also a private messaging feature inside the club so you can chat one on one. So long as you connect with people in the club respectfully and consensually while adhering to community guidelines, you're welcome to use the space as you like.
What happens at the end of my $1 trial?
When you sign up, you activate a 30-day $1 trial of The Gay Girl VIP Club. After your 30 days end, your membership automatically continues at $25/month, charged to the card you used at checkout, unless you cancel beforehand. The trial exists so you can explore the community, see if it’s right for you, and opt out easily if it’s not.
Can I cancel if it's not for me?
Yep! You're not locked into a contract. We only want you in the community if you want to be there, so you're free to cancel or pause your membership at any time.
Is this a subscription?
Yes. The Gay Girl VIP Club is a monthly subscription that renews automatically at $25/month after your 30-day $1 trial ends. You can cancel anytime though, including before your $1 trial ends.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership yourself at any time via your Customer Portal, which is linked at the bottom of your order receipt that you were emailed directly after joining. Once cancelled, you won’t be charged again.
Do you offer refunds?
Because this is a low-cost digital subscription with immediate access, refunds aren’t offered on monthly charges. That’s why the $1 trial is in place, so you have a full month to make an informed decision before the paid membership begins.
What will this item show up as on my bank statement?
There won't be anything to identify the membership. You'll just see my name: 'Nadia Bokody' and an order number. 
Why didn't I receive the confirmation email?
